You are getting really good at this. Keep doing it.
Remember when you first started to cook? Back in the Multnomah-Heather-Theresa-Pacific Street days? You started with stir fry. Then you tried to make dinner for your boyfriend - a wimpy dinner with noodles, basil and fresh tomatoes - boyfriend liked you anyway (close call).
Remember how you thought all fish tasted like those rectangular, breaded things that you heated up in the oven and ate with ketchup? Thank goodness for the night you ate that delicious right-off-Bruce's-grill salmon. Thank. Goodness.
And now you are cooking and eating and creating all sorts of things...
Mung bean sprouts. Good.
Pickled herring. Really good.
Homemade pasta noodles. To die for.
Fancy crusty bread. Yum.
Lady Who Cooks All the Meals - Keep it up. You got it going on.
