- Putting my hope in the miracle of a tiny ladybug.
- Listening to Say Hello by Rosie Thomas.
- Trusting that in "acting the way I want to feel" I will really begin to feel it (its worked before!).
- Smiling at my new very sunny, very yellow dining room wall (thanks to my wonderful mother-in-law).
- Learning to go to bed when I need to (and NOT staying up late to catch Project Runway).
- Grateful for the food in my fridge. In abundance. I am not hungry.
- Thinking about how generous and sweet and absolutely lovely my many friends are. Being cared for feels so good.
